WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY - REPORTING POTENTIAL WRONGDOING
Morabitox s.r.o., identified as "the Company," adheres to § 9 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll, known as the Whistleblower Protection Act, and relevant legal regulations. This policy outlines how Company employees and authorized individuals, referred to as "Whistleblowers," can report potential violations. Reports may concern actions within the Company or involving third parties with whom the Whistleblower has a work-related association.
REPORTABLE VIOLATIONS
Under the Whistleblower Protection Act, individuals can report violations that:
a) Exhibit characteristics of a criminal offense.
b) Possess features of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine exceeding CZK 100,000.
c) Contravene the Whistleblower Protection Act.
d) Breach other legal regulations or European Union directives in areas such as financial services, taxation, consumer protection, environmental protection, and more.
NOTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
Per the Whistleblower Protection Act, notifications can be submitted by:
- Managing directors and supervisory board members.
- Company shareholders.
- Employees working under various contracts.
- Tied agents and their associates.
- Third parties involved with Company activities.
- Volunteers, interns, and job applicants.
SUBMITTING A NOTIFICATION
Whistleblowers can report through the Company's internal system, addressing William Gerhard Grosse Kracht, the designated Competent Person.
Notifications can be made in following ways:

- in-person or in paper form at the Company's office (Nademlejnska 600/1, 198 00 Praha 9 - Hloubětín).
EXTERNAL REPORTING
For violations falling under the AML Act, external reporting is available through the Ministry of Justice and the Financial Analytical Office's systems.
