Objective:
The purpose of this Geoblocker policy is to ensure the security and compliance of Morabitox s.r.o., a crypto exchange platform, by restricting access from certain geographic regions. This policy outlines the list of countries and territories for which IP addresses will be blocked.
The company does not serve clients from a jurisdiction in which the use of the Site is prohibited by law. You represent and warrant that you are not a resident of or located in the following countries:

Morabitox s.r.o. will implement IP blocking measures to restrict access from the listed countries and territories. The IT department will regularly update and maintain the Geoblocker system to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Compliance:
This Geoblocker policy is in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Morabitox s.r.o. reserves the right to update the list of geoblocked countries based on changes in global regulations and security considerations.
Review and Updates:
This Geoblocker policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
Enforcement:
Violations of this Geoblocker policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of access to Morabitox s.r.o. systems and services, with no exceptions granted.
